Canceling Your Subscription: Step-by-Step

Need to cancel your subscription? You can manage or cancel at any time from your Account Page. Just follow these simple steps:

 

Step 1: Go to your Account Page and click “Manage Subscriptions” from the top navigation.

Step 2: Click “View and manage order” next to the subscription you want to change.

Step 3: Click “Edit” under the Order Summary.

Step 4: Select “Cancel this subscription.”

Step 5: On the next screen, you’ll be asked to confirm. You can either:

• Click “Keep this subscription” if you change your mind, or

• Let us know why you’re canceling (optional), then continue.

Step 6: You’ll know your subscription is canceled when you see a confirmation screen.
