For VSL#3®, our shipping schedule is optimized to reduce the time your temperature-controlled package is in transit. VSL4™ Gut is not a cold-chain product and does not require temperature-controlled fulfillment.
Notes:
  • Your shipment date may be pulled forward or delayed by one day. Shipping schedules may also be adjusted during peak or holiday weeks.
  • All VSL#3® orders ship FedEx Ground by default. Hawaii and Alaska orders require an upgrade to FedEx 2 day. All VSL4™ Gut orders ship USPS.
  • We can not guarantee a delivery date; however, most VSL#3® orders arrive within two days of shipment, with Saturday delivery possible. VSL4™ Gut orders are delivered within three business days to the lower 48 and within five days to Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders containing VSL#3® cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address for us to fulfill your order.

  • We only ship within the United States.
  • We cannot ship to an APO address.
  • We do not require a signature for delivery. It is at the discretion of the delivery driver’s discretion where they will leave your package.
  • We are not responsible for stolen orders.
  • We will email you confirmations after you place your order and after your order is shipped.
