Shipping & Return Policy

  • VSL#3® orders received Monday through Wednesday before our 1:00pm EST cutoff will ship out the same day in temperature-controlled packaging.
  • Orders received after the 1:00pm EST cutoff will be processed the following business day. Orders received between 1:00pm EST on Thursday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. This is so that your package is in transit for the amount of time our temperature-controlled packaging is designed to support. Your product will be held at our facility without risking bacteria integrity.

NOTE: Some carries will not deliver to a P.O. Box you must provide a physical street address.

  • All of our website orders ship UPS or Fedex Ground by default.
  • Actial Nutrition cannot guarantee a delivery date; however, almost all of our orders deliver within 3 days of shipment.
  • Actial Nutrition only ships VSL#3® orders within the United States.
  • Actial Nutrition cannot ship to an APO address.
  • Actial Nutrition does not require a signature for delivery. It is at the discretion of the delivery driver to obtain a signature for a delivery or leave a package at your door where it may be subject to theft.
  • Actial Nutrition is not responsible for stolen orders.
  • Once your order is placed Actial Nutrition will email you an order confirmation. Once it is shipped you will receive tracking information.
  • In order to adhere to quality assurance standards, we do not accept returns of our products. There are no refunds unless the claim is related to a problem with the order that is determined to be our error.
