Shipping & Return Policy
- Our shipping schedule is optimized to reduce the time your temperature-controlled package is in transit.
- All of our website orders ship UPS or Fedex Ground by default. Hawaii and Alaska orders require upgrade to Fedex 2 day.
- We can not guarantee a delivery date; however, almost all of our orders deliver within three days of shipment.
NOTE: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address for us to fulfill your order.
- Actial Nutrition only ships VSL#3® orders within the United States.
- Actial Nutrition cannot ship to an APO address.
- Actial Nutrition does not require a signature for delivery. It is at the discretion of the delivery driver to obtain a signature for a delivery or leave a package at your door where it may be subject to theft.
- Actial Nutrition is not responsible for stolen orders.
- Once your order is placed Actial Nutrition will email you an order confirmation. Once it is shipped you will receive tracking information.
- In order to adhere to quality assurance standards, we do not accept returns of our products. There are no refunds unless the claim is related to a problem with the order that is determined to be our error.
